New ICLE Password Criteria

The security of your data is very important to us. As a result of a recent system update, we are implementing new criteria for ICLE passwords to help keep your data secure.

If your current password does not meet the new criteria, you will need to create a new password. It’s a quick and easy process. See instructions below.

What are the new password criteria?

Minimum 7 characters
At least one numeric character
At least one letter of the alphabet

What if my current password already meets the new criteria?
No change is needed.

When will the new criteria be effective?
Scheduled for Thursday, September 9.

How do I change my password?
Before Thursday, September 9:

Go to your My Account page.
Click on “Update Profile.”
Change your password to meet the new criteria.

Scheduled for Thursday, September 9:

Go to ICLE LOGIN.
Click “Forgot Password.”
Enter your username.
You will automatically be emailed a link to a page where you can easily create a new password.
Remember to save your new password in a secure place.
