Stephanie G. Saad is a family support attorney for the Michigan Poverty Law Program. She previously served as the Crime Victim’s Legal Assistance Project staff attorney in the Oakland office of Lakeshore Legal Aid for over nine years. Concentrating her practice on domestic violence matters, Ms. Saad handles family law cases and Personal Protection Order (PPO) cases, along with federal cases, appellate cases, landlord-tenant issues, and public benefits matters. A graduate of Wayne State University Law School, Ms. Saad has worked at the Wayne County prosecutor's office, the Solution Oriented Domestic Violence Prevention Court at the Wayne County Circuit Court, the PPO courtroom, and on the family law docket. She primarily practices in the Oakland County Circuit Court but also manages cases in Wayne County and Macomb County. Ms. Saad is a recipient of the 2020 HERO Award through the Oakland County Coordinating Council Against Domestic Violence. She is admitted to practice law in Michigan and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
