Kelli M. King-Penner practices in the areas of business law, elder law, estate planning, probate, trust administration, veteran’s benefits, and holistic life care planning. Ms. King-Penner is a member of the Elder Law and Disability Rights, Probate and Estate Planning, and Real Property Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan (SBM) and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She currently serves on the board of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Michigan Chapter. Ms. King-Penner is also an accredited attorney through the Department of Veterans Affairs. She has lectured for the National Business Institute and the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the SBM. During law school, Ms. King-Penner was a member of the Appellate Moot Court team. In addition, she has completed ICLE's Probate and Estate Planning Certificate Program.
