Kathryn E. Jones concentrates her practice on employment law and litigation matters. Based in the firm’s Michigan office, Ms. Jones partners with health care clients to offer strategic advice on how to resolve a wide range of labor and employment disputes. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Ms. Jones also has experience dealing with matters involving the duty to accommodate disabled workers and employee leaves of absence. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jones worked for a large dental support organization as deputy general counsel, where she served as lead in-house counsel on all employment law matters throughout multiple states. Ms. Jones also has spent numerous years in private practice, where she focused on a wide variety of employment law issues and litigation, in addition to traditional labor law work. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Health Care Law and Labor & Employment Law Sections.
