Nicholas James Ellis is a commercial litigator and supply chain attorney, focusing on commercial contracting and disputes in manufacturing and supply chains. He is a partner in the firm's Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group and is a member of the Automotive Industry Team. Mr. Ellis regularly litigates disputes in various arbitration forums, including the American Arbitration Association, International Center for Dispute Resolution, JAMS, and the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution.
