Joseph R. Owens is a member of the firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on complex estate and trust planning, tax and business succession planning, probate and trust administration, and corporate and business transactions. Mr. Owens is a graduate of Leadership Macomb and has been named by Michigan Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the areas of estate planning and probate. He is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan's Probate and Estate Planning and Taxation Sections.
