Randall J. Chioini

Mount Clemens, Michigan

Randall J. Chioini, a partner/manager of his firm, focuses the majority of his practice on family law matters, specifically those with complex asset division, including family businesses and real estate. He is a certified mediator and regular speaker for the Macomb County S.M.I.L.E. program and is a regular presenter/contributor for various other legal seminars, including ICLE. Mr. Chioini is a member of the Family Law, Real Property Law, and Business Law sections of the State Bar of Michigan; Construction Association of Michigan (CAM); and the immediate past president of the Italian-American Bar Association of Michigan. Mr. Chioini is also a founding member and director of The Goldfish Foundation, a charitable organization that promotes swimming and water safety outreach programs for children in Michigan. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Chioini worked in the construction/land development industry, holding positions such as estimator, project manager, and land acquisition. In 2011 Mr. Chioini successfully foreclosed the First National Building, a landmark Detroit property, on behalf of his contractor client after proving that his client's lien had super priority. Following four years of litigation, his client received full recovery, plus reimbursement of attorney fees under the Construction Lien Act.
