Chantelle R. Neumann is a creditors' rights lawyer primarily representing condominium and homeowners associations. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Neumann is a member of the Real Property Law and Consumer Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan, as well as the Macomb County Bar Association and Michigan Creditors Bar Association. An experienced practitioner and active leader at her firm, Ms. Neumann currently serves as the lead attorney in charge of the firm's Collections Department and has had other professional organizations publish her work. She also served as the comments editor on the board of editors of the "Thomas M. Cooley Law Review." Each year from 2016 to 2021, Ms. Neumann was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
