Daniel J. Ferris handles matters involving class action, commercial disputes, corporate law and investigations, employment law, insurance, licensing, litigation, products liability, and professional liability defense, and has particular experience in noncompete and sales representative contracts. He handles high-stakes and high-profile lawsuits in both trial and appellate courts, in addition to state administrative hearings. Mr. Ferris has been recognized by "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" as a Leader in the Law, by "The Best Lawyers in America," and by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. He was elected into the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation and the Michigan State Bar Foundation Fellows Program. Mr. Ferris serves as cochair of the Professional Liability & Health Care Section of Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. He previously served on the State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly, as an instructor at the University of Michigan, and as a member of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association Young Leadership Council. Mr. Ferris is a graduate of Leadership Detroit. He resides in Franklin and serves on the Village Council.
