Melisa M. W. Mysliwiec concentrates her practice on elder law and Medicaid planning, estate planning, and trust and estate administration. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section Council of the State Bar of Michigan. Ms. Mysliwiec serves as chair of the council's Committee on Special Projects and as a managing editor of the "Michigan Probate and Estate Planning Journal." A member of the firm's Trusts and Estates Department, Ms. Mysliwiec works out of the Grand Rapids office but represents clients statewide. She regularly speaks on a variety of topics related to estate planning and elder law or disability issues to other professionals as well as members of the public and is the author of numerous articles on these topics.
