Trisha M. Benson is an insurance claims consultant focusing on professional liability defense. As a claims consultant, she develops and manages litigation and claim resolution strategies. Ms. Benson has previously practiced in the areas of labor and employment law, professional liability, and commercial litigation. She has been recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2009 to 2015. Ms. Benson has presented at several conferences and in webinars concerning employment practices, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She has also served as an adjunct professor teaching advanced legal writing at Cooley Law School.
