Vanessa L. Miller is a litigation partner with the firm, chairing the firm's national Manufacturing Sector - Automotive Team. She has tried cases across the country and handled arbitrations worldwide focusing on general manufacturing breach of contract and warranty disputes, automotive supply chain disputes, product liability lawsuits, trade secret claims, and business torts. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Miller regularly counsels manufacturers on commercial contracts and supply chain issues. An active member of the Federal Bar Association, she is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Before joining her current firm, Ms. Miller was a law clerk to Hon. Patrick J. Duggan, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She was named as one of the Top Women Attorneys in Michigan by Super Lawyers in 2019. Ms. Miller has had articles published in "Detroit Legal News" and the "Michigan Bar Journal." She also serves as general counsel to the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of women in the automotive industry.
