Lavinia S. Biasell began her career in title insurance at Maddin Hauser Roth & Heller PC where she spent ten years representing title agents, underwriters, and their insureds in claims and coverage disputes and was promoted to partner at the firm. She joined the team at Fidelity National Financial in 2015 where she worked as an underwriter serving all of Fidelity’s Michigan agents. In 2020, she made the switch to agency operations at her current agency, which serves customers in Michigan, Indiana, and Florida. Ms. Biasell serves as vice chair of the Michigan Land Title Association's Legislative Steering Committee and helps draft new laws affecting real property. She has over 17 years of experience in the title insurance industry.
