Michael P. Hogan is the managing attorney of the Bankruptcy Department at his firm and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor's rights, and commercial litigation. He was twice elected by his peers to serve on the board of directors for the Consumer Bankruptcy Association of the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Hogan is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and has been a speaker for the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association's Hon. Steven W. Rhodes Consumer Bankruptcy Conference, the American Bankruptcy Institute's Central States seminar, and the National Bar Association annual conference. He has served as a member of the advisory board for the Hon. Steven W. Rhodes Consumer Bankruptcy Conference and has served as the conference cochair the past three years. Mr. Hogan was also selected to serve on the Local Bankruptcy Rules Chapter 13 Subcommittee.
