David H. Martyn is the vice president of the Midwest regional underwriting counsel (east) at the company's office in Warrenville, Illinois, where he leads agency underwriting teams in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin. He served previously as the company's senior legal counsel to the State of Michigan. Mr. Martyn practiced as an attorney for several years before becoming an underwriter. He is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
