Dean F. Pacific practices in the area of litigation, with an emphasis on employment matters. Mr. Pacific is a member of the American Bar Association; the Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Appellate Sections of the State Bar of Michigan; and the Grand Rapids Bar Association (GRBA). He served as a member of the board of directors of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel from 2008 to 2012 and as chair of its Labor and Employment Section from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Pacific was the recipient of the GRBA's President's Award in 2023 and has been listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the area of labor and employment litigation since 2019. He has also been a member of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce's Friends of West Michigan Business Steering Committee since 2002. Mr. Pacific is a frequent speaker on employment law topics.
