Kathryn S. Wood practiced in the areas of employment and discrimination litigation, appellate practice, and commercial litigation. She also served as general counsel for the firm. Ms. Wood was a member of the Michigan Employment and Labor Council, a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and a Detroit Bar Association fellow. She was also a contributor to "Employment Discrimination Law" (ABA/BNA). A frequent speaker on employment law topics, Ms. Wood was listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" and in Michigan Super Lawyers for employment and labor law. She was also a 2018 "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" Women in the Law honoree. Ms. Wood died March 20, 2026.
