Darius W. Dynkowski is a partner with the firm and has been defending landowners throughout the country since 1996. He is an expert in the areas of condemnation and eminent domain, and he has been involved in cases at both state and federal levels. Mr. Dynkowski has served as the lead attorney on several cases that have resulted in compensation exceeding the original offer by at least $1 million. In 2013, he became the firm's Ohio liaison after being admitted into the Ohio State Bar, working to help landowners in Ohio receive just compensation during condemnation and eminent domain proceedings. He is chairperson of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property Land Use and Environmental Group. In 2009, "Chambers USA" recognized Mr. Dynkowski as one of the best eminent domain attorneys in the country. In addition, he has been featured in the "Michigan Super Lawyers" magazine from 2007-2010. Mr. Dynkowski has also served as an adjunct professor at Michigan State University College of Law since 2009.
