Maura A. Snabes practices in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Ms. Snabes has been the corporate legal counsel for a title company since 1994 and is the senior vice president of corporate counsel for Corporate Settlement Solutions. She is a Certified Exchange Specialist® as certified by the Federation of Exchange Accommodators and is founder and co-owner of Corporate Exchange Services. Ms. Snabes regularly gives seminars on Section 1031 exchanges and other real estate matters to real estate and tax professionals. She is highly involved with the community and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Charlevoix-Emmet Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Michigan Land Title Association (MLTA), and the American Land Title Association (ALTA), serving on the legislative steering committee of the latter two associations. She is also a licensed Michigan real estate broker and a certified land title professional with the MLTA and is a national title professional with ALTA.
