Donica Thomas Varner is an associate general counsel and practice group leader for the faculty, staff, and student legal practice group. Her practice areas include: employment, litigation, immigration compliance, international engagement, and document retention and production issues. Ms. Varner represents the university in federal and state courts on a variety of employment and student-related matters at both the trial and appellate levels. She has also served on various crisis management and incident response teams and in university-wide leadership roles.
