Frederick A. Acomb devotes his practice to prosecuting and defending international arbitration and transnational litigation matters for clients located all over the world. His work regularly takes him around the globe, and he has appeared before arbitration tribunals in Asia, Europe, and North America. He has also focused his practice on the defense of sales commission and supply chain management disputes. Mr. Acomb is the chair of the firm's International Disputes Group, an officer of the International Bar Association Litigation Committee, a member of the External Advisory Committee of the Program for International Legal Studies at Wayne State University Law School, and a fellow of the Oakland County Bar Association.
