Darcie R. Brault practices in all aspects of state and federal employment litigation, including appellate advocacy. She primarily represents workers and has particular expertise in Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) litigation and multiplaintiff litigation. Ms. Brault is a former chair of the State Bar of Michigan's Labor and Employment Law Section.
