Hon. Anica Letica was appointed to the Michigan Court of Appeals in 2018. She previously served as an assistant attorney general for the state of Michigan, handling criminal appeals and habeas corpus cases in the state and federal courts since 2009. Before then, Judge Letica worked as an assistant prosecutor in Oakland County's Appellate Division and served as a judicial law clerk for Hon. John H. Gillis after spending a year in the Research Division of the Michigan Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Judges Association.
