Scott L. Feuer practices in the area of civil litigation defense. He is a founding partner of the firm and specializes in civil defense litigation on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured businesses. His litigation practice includes the defense of premises liability, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, dram-shop, products liability, and insurance coverage matters. He has tried dozens of cases throughout the state of Michigan and has been active in the appellate courts, where he has had many successful and important decisions in the court of appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court rendered in his clients' favor. Mr. Feuer is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He has written articles in numerous publications and has conducted seminars for attorneys and for claims professionals in the insurance industry.
