Richard C. Bruder practices in the area of business law. Representing entrepreneurs and investors for over 25 years, Mr. Bruder specializes in helping "angel" investors and entrepreneurs negotiate and close funding rounds, creating advisory boards for his entrepreneurial clients, and assisting family-owned businesses survive and thrive. He has negotiated and closed numerous investments, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing deals, franchising transactions, and start-up transactions. Mr. Bruder has created Enterprise Counsel--a unique model for delivering legal advice to growing businesses. He represents the Frankel Fund (University of Michigan Ross School of Business Venture Capital Fund) and Plymouth Venture Partners, among other angel investor groups. Mr. Bruder is a member of Attorneys for Family Held Enterprises, the Family Firm Institute, the Family Business Council, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the State Bar of Michigan. He holds an LLM in Taxation in addition to a law degree from Wayne State University Law School.
