Charles E. Murphy focuses his practice on medical marijuana, advocating for cannabis industry clients on legal and regulatory policy at the state and local government level; counseling on state and local licensing applications for provisioning centers, growers, processors, safety compliance, and secure transporters; real estate lease structuring, purchasing, and zoning; green zone litigation before zoning boards and circuit courts; counseling and drafting of state statute and local ordinance proposals; election law disputes; business entity structuring and offerings for investors and licensees; licensing agreements for branding and strains; and litigating scoring and awarding of facility licenses.
