Ashley L. Oldham was admitted to the practice of law in North Carolina in 2011 and has focused her practice on family law and criminal defense. She has represented clients in a wide variety of family law cases across the state of North Carolina, including issues of military divorce, domestic violence, custody and visitation, support matters, and property division. Ms. Oldham has been published by "Lawyer’s Mutual," the "Oklahoma Bar Journal," "The Colorado Lawyer," and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She has taught continuing legal education courses for the National Business Institute, the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Child Support Council, the Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council, and the North Dakota State Bar Association.
