Brian Webb

Brian Webb is a deputy in the traffic enforcement unit of the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office. He previously worked as a traffic officer for the City of Milan Police Department, where he led the department in OWI/OUID arrests every year. In 2012, Mr. Webb attended the Michigan DRE (Drug Recognition Expert) School, completing his certification through the International Association of Chiefs of Police. He has been made an expert in the 14A, 14B, and 22nd District Courts in Washtenaw County. Since 2012, Mr. Webb has worked as a standardized field sobriety instructor with the Wayne County Regional Police, and since 2015, he has taught advanced roadside impaired driving through the Office of Highway Safety Planning to various police officers and prosecutors in Michigan. He was also a DRE instructor in the 2015 and 2016 Michigan DRE School. Mr. Webb has been featured on Channel 4 News on impaired driving and opiate use in Washtenaw County, and in November 2017, he was featured on Channel 2 and Channel 4 on the oral fluid pilot project for Michigan.
