Susan Koss is a partner and managing director at the firm. She specializes in litigation support, business valuation, and forensic accounting services. Her experience in litigation support includes breach of contract, lost profits, economic damages, and fraudulent conveyance matters. Ms. Koss also performs numerous business valuations utilized in estate tax resolutions, shareholder disputes, marital dissolutions, and merger and acquisition transactions. She prepares complex financial analyses utilized in business turnarounds and bank workout assignments for clients. Her restructuring expertise includes a variety of industries including but not limited to distribution, real estate, and manufacturing. Ms. Koss is also involved in the quantification of economic damages large product recalls and warranty matters. Prior to joining O’Keefe, Ms. Koss served as a member of the international accounting team at DaimlerChrysler Corporation. There, she initiated cost-cutting and profit-enhancement strategies. She has also worked in the public accounting industry providing auditing and consulting services.
