Sean F. Darke is an employment and labor litigator with experience in both union and nonunion environments resolving matters ranging from everyday workplace disagreements to high-stakes, high-exposure lawsuits. Mr. Darke provides counsel on employment contracts, instituting arbitration provisions and procedures, anticipating potential claims, and providing practical guidance to avoid liability. He has defended businesses in state and federal courts, dispute resolution forums, and agency tribunals.
