Stephen D. Foucrier is a member of the board of directors and a shareholder at the firm. He has practiced law for almost a decade and is team lead for the firm’s insurance law group. Mr. Foucrier’s practice focuses on first- and third-party no-fault litigation, as well as insurance coverage disputes and appellate matters. A good portion of his practice deals in complex civil litigation involving catastrophic claims brought under the No-Fault Act. Mr. Foucrier has presented on various legal topics and issues at a number of speaking engagements, including those for Insurance Alliance of Michigan, Michigan State University College of Law, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC), and Ingham County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. He is an active member of the MDTC, Ingham County Bar Association (ICBA), and Lansing Chamber of Commerce, and was awarded the Top 5 under 35 from the ICBA in 2021.
