Sarah Stempky-Kime is the managing partner of the firm. In her 16-year career, she has lead complex, high-exposure litigation involving traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, and other catastrophic injury cases, securing multiple seven- and eight-figure results for seriously injured clients and their families. Ms. Stempky-Kime is a council member of the Michigan Association for Justice Negligence Section and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. She has been honored by Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and Michigan Lawyers Weekly. Ms. Stempky-Kime is active in disability and neurological advocacy through her service on the Board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan and serves the broader community by raising awareness for equal rights, inclusive communities, and the protection of civil liberties for historically marginalized communities.
