Paul R. Hage specializes in representing debtors, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings nationwide. He earned his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his LLM in Bankruptcy Law from St. John's University School of Law. Mr. Hage is a frequent speaker and writer on bankruptcy issues for the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association Business Bankruptcy Committee, Norton Institutes on Bankruptcy Law, the Debtor-Creditors Rights Committee of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Turnaround Management Association. He is certified by the American Board of Certification as a specialist in business bankruptcy law and is an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan Law School.
