Jennifer B. Parmalee is the chief deputy probate register for the court. Ms. Parmalee’s professional career has almost exclusively focused on the areas of probate, estate planning, and trust administration, including serving as guardian ad litem and special fiduciary in numerous cases for various courts. Prior to her current role, she worked with a law firm specializing in estate planning, administration, and probate before starting her own solo practice. Ms. Parmalee has served as president of the Wayne County Probate Bar Association from 2017 to 2022. She has given numerous presentations on probate practice and procedure.
