Heather J. Atnip is the founder and lead trial attorney at the firm. Ms. Atnip's practice focuses on litigating negligence and catastrophic injury matters. She has more than two decades of experience representing seriously injured clients across Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties, with case results that include multiple seven-figure resolutions. Ms. Atnip is a frequent lecturer and has presented on advanced litigation topics, including cross-examining neuropsychologists and securing large verdicts. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Association for Justice, the Detroit Bar Association, and many other organizations.
