Jeff Miller advises clients on a broad range of executive compensation and corporate governance matters, including executive and director compensation benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan designs, performance measurement and alignment, and disclosure issues. Mr. Miller is an experienced business law lawyer. Prior to joining Meridian, he practiced law at Carson Fischer PLC, where he represented public and private companies in complex commercial litigation and advised clients on transactional matters related to real estate, employment, and business succession and strategy issues. He received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
