As chair of the firm's estate planning and administration practice group, Pamela J. Cross focuses her practice in the areas of probate and sophisticated estate planning. She assists clients in drafting estate planning documents, counseling various types of fiduciaries, litigating probate issues, establishing guardianships, reviewing tax issues, and advising regarding transfers of wealth. A member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan (SBM), Ms. Cross is also on the advisory committee for the Grand Rapids Community Foundation. She is a frequent lecturer and speaker at various probate and estate planning seminars, including those sponsored by the SBM and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
