Debra A. Geroux is cochair of the health care industry group for the firm and primarily practices in the health care law and data privacy areas. She has advised a myriad of healthcare practitioners and entities regarding data privacy, including cybersecurity incident response and reporting, supply chain contracting, health care fraud and abuse, professional licensure, and other regulatory and legislative matters. Ms. Geroux is an adjunct instructor of health care law at Michigan State University College of Law. She is a member of the Health Care Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Health Care Compliance Association.
