Robert M. Raitt is the founder of the firm. Mr. Raitt represents clients injured in auto accidents and other personal injury situations. He has successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict including multi 7-figure verdicts for auto crashes, premises and negligent cases involving spinal injuries and traumatic brain injuries. Mr. Raitt is past president of the Michigan Association for Justice, a victim rights organization comprised of personal injury and civil justice attorneys from across the state. He is past chair and counsel member of the Negligence Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Raitt is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association for Justice, the Detroit Bar Association and the Wayne County Mediation Tribunal. He has been a speaker and moderator at various seminars for the State Bar of Michigan, the National Business Institute, the Michigan Association for Justice, the Michigan Association of Defense Trial Counsel, and the Negligence Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Raitt has also spoken to the state legislature in Lansing, most recently advising a special house committee on changes to Michigan’s No-Fault Insurance Laws. In 2016, he was voted a Michigan Leader in the Law by the Michigan Lawyers Weekly. Mr. Raitt has been voted numerous times as a "Best Lawyer in America", and annually as a Michigan Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers along with a top 100 lawyer in the State of Michigan through Super Lawyers. He also has been named as a Top Lawyer by "Dbusiness".
