David E. Christensen focuses his practice on car, truck, boat, and motorcycle accidents and provides counsel on personal injury cases, with many involving traumatic brain injuries (TBI) resultant from catastrophic car, motorcycle, or truck accidents. Mr. Christensen has represented thousands of individuals against many of the largest insurance companies and corporations in America. An authority on Michigan's no-fault law, he previously chaired the Michigan Association for Justice's No-Fault Committee and continues to promote legislation to improve the no-fault system to help accident victims. Mr. Christensen has presented a large number of seminars and workshops for lawyers, and has been appointed to key positions that directly affect the development of Michigan's no-fault law. In 2021, he was inducted into the "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" Hall of Fame. Mr. Christensen has been listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" and has been designated a Top Lawyer by "DBusiness." He has also been named a Top 50 Consumer Lawyer, a Top 100 Super Lawyer, and a Top 100 Trial Attorney by the National Trial Attorney Association and is ranked as AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. He has served on the boards of many nonprofit organizations including the HelpSource Agency, the largest social services agency in Washtenaw County; the Washtenaw Council on Alcoholism; and Spectrum Prevention Services in Ann Arbor.
