James R. Bradley specializes in motor vehicle defense litigation and has successfully defended corporate and private clients in both first-party and third-party automobile liability claims in both state and federal courts since 1987. Additionally, Mr. Bradley has substantial litigation experience involving sophisticated overland trucking litigation and is acutely familiar with both MDOT and US DOT trucking regulations. Mr. Bradley has successfully defended clients in serious trucking cases involving all manner of injuries ranging from the most minor to cases involving death, closed head injury, and/or quadriplegia. Mr. Bradley currently serves as chair of the Negligence Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Bradley is also an active member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA). He regularly participates in seminars on behalf of clients and provides routine risk management assistance to his clients.
