Wayne J. Miller practices in the areas of no-fault benefits and auto negligence and frequently serves as a mediator and arbitrator on such cases. He is a member of the executive board of the Michigan Association for Justice. Mr. Miller has been the recipient of the 2001 Brain Injury Association of Michigan's Legacy Award and the 2007 Michigan Defense Trial Counsel's Most Respected Advocate Award. A frequent speaker for ICLE, he coauthored "Michigan Automobile No-Fault Insurance Law," distributed jointly by the Michigan Association for Justice and the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. Mr. Miller is also an adjunct professor of law at Wayne State University Law School, where he teaches a class on no-fault insurance law.
