Carri Goldring is a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CLDP) who focuses her practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property. Ms. Goldring is certified in divorce lending and specializes in working with family law attorneys, financial professionals, and the mental health community to help navigate the real estate, debt, and income from divorce. She is currently a member of the Divorce Lending Association, the Oakland County Bar Association, the Michigan Inter-Professional Association, Mediation First, the Collaborative Practice Institute of Michigan, and is a licensed realtor and a licensed mortgage loan originator. Ms. Goldring has training as a CDLP, a Real Estate Mediation Specialist, and in collaborative training. She also cofounded a nonprofit with other professions called Women’s Divorce Resource Circle that uses education and support groups to empower women.
