Ann McCrackin is an expert in patent automation. With over 25 years in the field, she honed her patent prosecution skills at Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, PA. As the founding president of Black Hills IP, an IP docketing and AI/automation company, Ms. McCrackin dedicated 11 years to the integration of innovative technologies in legal practices. In her role as an educator, she has shared her knowledge of patent prosecution and the evolving role of technology in the practice with hundreds of students at the law school.
