Charles S. Ofstein practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, probate, probate litigation, wealth preservation, elder law, and disability planning. He is active as a council member of Disability Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Ofstein is admitted to practice in both Michigan and Illinois. He has been selected as Leading Lawyer by "Leading Lawyers" magazine and a a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers since 2023 in the areas of elder law and trust, will, and estate planning. He regularly speaks and writes on a variety of estate planning and elder law topics to professionals and nonprofit groups.
