Channing Robinson-Holmes has specialized in employment and civil rights litigation for nearly ten years. Her experience includes claims involving discrimination based on age, national origin, sex, race, disability, and sexual orientation, as well as claims of sex harassment, assault, and retaliation, and violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Ms. Robinson-Holmes likewise has extensive experience in class action litigation. She represents the firm in the claims process of the Flint Class Action Partial Settlement of $624 million and is part of the leadership team pursuing additional claims on behalf of the class, a role which earned her finalist honors for the 2022 Public Justice Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. Ms. Robinson-Holmes further represents two putative classes of women incarcerated in the state's Huron Valley Correctional Facility who were harmed by the facility's scabies outbreak and negatively affected by the facility's unhealthy mold conditions. She sits on ICLE's Labor and Employment Law Advisory Board and is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice Amicus Committee and the State Bar of Michigan Bar Journal Committee.
