Marisa Ariel Vinsky is a litigator at the firm primarily practicing criminal law. She represents clients in both misdemeanor and felony matters and serves as the firm's lead attorney for expungement matters. Ms. Vinsky is a former president of the Ingham County Bar Association's (ICBA) Young Lawyers Section and cochair of its Criminal Defense Law Section. She is also Treasurer for the State Bar of Michigan (SBM) Young Lawyers Section and Vice President for the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (WLAM) Mid-Michigan Region. She is a member of the ICBA, Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, the WLAM, and the Jewish Bar Association of Michigan. For the last two years, Ms. Vinsky has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. She was also awarded Central Michigan University's 10 within 10 Alumni Award in 2023 and was a recipient of the ICBA's Top 5 Under 35 Award in 2021, the Mid-Michigan chapter of WLAM's Women Lawyer Stars Award in 2021 and 2022, the Davis-Dunning Bar Association's Rising Star Award in 2022, and was recognized as an Up and Coming Lawyer by "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" in 2022.
