Michael J. Morse is the owner and sole partner of his firm of more than 180 legal professionals (including nearly 60 lawyers), the largest personal injury firm in the state specializing in truck, motorcycle, and automobile accident cases, both first and third party. The firm also handles catastrophic construction accident, dog bite, and Social Security disability cases. Mr. Morse is a member of the American Association for Justice. He also serves as a case evaluator and arbitrator in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties. He previously served as an executive board member of the Michigan Association for Justice. An AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Morse has been named a Top Lawyer, a 21st Century Innovator, and Leader in the Law by "Michigan Lawyers Weekly"; a Michigan Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers; and one of Metro Detroit's best attorneys by "DBusiness" magazine, 2009-2022. He is also the author of the books "Litigating Neck and Back Injuries" and "Fireproof: A Five-Step Model to Take Your Law Firm from Unpredictable to Wildly Profitable."
