Thomas H. Fancher was city attorney for Saginaw, Michigan, from 1996 to 2011. In 2011 he left and began his own municipal law consulting practice. Mr. Fancher is active in the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys and has been a speaker at several of its events. He is the president of Legal Services of Eastern Michigan and has been a member of its board of directors for 25 years. Mr. Fancher is also an active member of the Saginaw County Bar Association and the recipient of its F. H. Martin Award.
