Brandy Bruyere is a partner in the firm's Regulatory department. She counsels financial institutions, particularly credit unions, on a wide range of federal and state compliance matters related to lending, deposits, governance, vendor contracts, and risk management. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bruyere served as vice president of regulatory compliance and senior counsel for the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU). In that role, she led NAFCU’s regulatory compliance team, assisting credit unions with a variety of compliance challenges. Ms. Bruyere is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
